BAR STAFF The Marquee Room is hiring for Part-Time Bar Staff. (Bartenders, Door Attendants, Bar Assistants) Experience is an asset. Ability to work late is also important. Apply with resume and cover letter to Pat McEachern, Bar Manager. --------- CONCESSION/BOX OFFICE STAFF The Uptown Stage and Screen is hiring for Concession and Box Office staff. Weekend availability and a flexible schedule is an asset. Submit your resume and cover letter to Selina Clary, Theatre Manager. --------- VISUAL ART SUBMISSIONS The Marquee Room is accepting visual art submissions for a monthly show. New, retired and current works are accepted. Artists must be able to fill the walls of the room in order to show. Split shows can be discussed. The Marquee Room has opened their high-traffic wall space to showcase local artists since Spring 2007. In conjunction with the artists, the Marquee Room hosts an opening night gala for the show on the first Thursday of every month. If the artist chooses to sell their art, the Marquee Room takes a 10% commission on works sold, to cover any maintenance and marketing costs. There is no hanging fee.
